This is a group for anyone interested in Krav Maga or self-defense. All skills levels are welcome. I started this group to share my passion with other martial arts and self-defense enthusiasts, or just with curious people who just want to try. We'll meet once a week at the park to do a bit of exercise (push-ups, abs etc..) and to learn how to defend ourselves in the street. We can also meet in a bar for some food and drink afterward.
